Always in a hurry; not patient friendly....does not listen to patients

He is a very skilled and caring dentist who goes the extra mile to provide excellent quality service to his patients. I have referred friends who have been loyal patients for over 10 years. He is one of the few dentists I trust with my care. (He has a calming influence...and is good for nervous patients.)

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
