It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. There was available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
