My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

The office staff was pretty incompetent. I tried to book my first appointment and the lady hung up on me after putting me on hold for about 5 min. Once you get beyond the gatekeepers the doctors take a step up. Very kind and professional. Seems like a decent office overall. Just not the highest level of service.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
