They answered most of my questions. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Dentist himself refused to cooperate with my need for a calm, quiet environment so that I could control my gag reflex He engaged in non-stop, idle, distracting chatter. I feel like my appointment was pointless and ended up walking out with no work done. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The Big Valley Staff is ALWAYS warm and welcoming upon arrival. Their committment and dedication to their patients is most noticeable. They answer any and all questions and are very knowledgable on the latest 'tools' available to help keep a healthy hygiene. They're patient with all ages of clientele, old, middle age, and young ones. I bring my two sons, 4 & 6, in for cleaning and dental work and they go above and beyond to make it an easy and fun experience for them. They are friendly, patient, and very professional. It's a 45min drive, but well worth the time for service of excellence!! Thank You B.V. Dental Staff!

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
