They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They even came in on a weekend to help me with an emergency. John is the best there is.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Every question I had was answered thoroughly
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
