They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums hardly bleed at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even though it's been six months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff really knows what they're doing. I have been coming to see Dr. V (Vedenoff) and his staff for years and now my son is a patient too. They make you feel like part of the family and we just love them. I highly recommend them.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The office was easy enough to find. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The dentist and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I had a terrible fear of dentists (too long to tell your why) but I was referred to Dr. Vedenoff due to a severe toothache and not having been to a dentist in five years. I was a crying mess when I went to Dr's office for the first time 15 years ago, but the staff held my hands and spoke words of comfort to calm my fears. Each visit became easier because Dr Vedenoff and staff made me feel secure and put humor into each visit with a vote of confidence that I was doing great! I love everyone there AND I know they love me. Dr Vedenoff is a fantastic dentist!

Yes, I was very disappointed

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Somewhat, it was kind of uncomfortable
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, I wasn't impressed

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
