Good luck getting them to answer their phone! I have called repeatedly, probably at least 14 times, at different times on different days trying to get appointments and also to discuss billing questions. They have answered twice. Their voicemail message is a friendly voice that says their hours and then tells you to push 0 to leave a voicemail. When I push 0 it loops me back to the beginning of the message. Seriously?! There is no way to get in touch with them.

I was somewhat happy with the dental work that they did; however, I feel that they rush through the cleanings in order to keep the visit short. I appreciate the attempt to move me through quickly but I don't feel like I got a great cleaning. The staff was friendly but not very enthusiastic.

I was going to try to get in with them one more time this year but they won't answer the phone. I went to a different dentist as a result and realized that Dr. Dunham's office is a bit too dated for me. They appear to have nice current technology but there is much better out there. My recommendation is to keep looking.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
