I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and needed to get my major dental work done immediately so I can begin chemo. Dr. Punch and staff have been extremely sensitive to my situation and have moved as quickly as possible to get the work done. I'm still in the process, but I can see the finish line. Everyone I have come in contact with at the office in person and via telephone have been pleasant and professional. Everything is explained to you upfront including the financial portion. I'm always seen on time, and never have I been placed in the dentist chair and left for a prolonged time. If I had found this office sooner, I probably wouldn't be in so much dental distress!
