This place is outdated and dirty. the receptionist was rude and misleading. They have patients make checks payable to "cash" and also asked you to sign a waiver to release their liability to insurance company after they told you you did not have to pay copayment. The person who did the teeth cleaning was not a dentist nor a hygienest.

This place is a fraud. I will not go there again!
