Cheating customers , overcharging, extending the treatment more than necessary to get more money. All she cares is money. Extremely rude to customers, hates those who ask questions , feels a discomfort when asked questions and her reaction screaming and telling she knows what she is doing. Truly I do not know how she graduated , coz she has no clue what she is doing .

I'm really happy with the results I got at Dr. Zand's office. The office is a little old and very colorful, but the staff is really warm and inviting. Plus I saw a difference in smile by the third month! And she's a little cheaper than other people in the area, which in this economy is a huge plus. Totally worth it.

I just had my braces taken off and I love the way my teeth look! Evita and the entire staff were super friendly and welcoming and Dr. Zand always answered my questions and took the time to explain things. Plus, there office was way more affordable than other quotes I got from offices. She does a great job!

IDr. Zand is a wonderful Orthodontist. I had been to other Orthodontists before who said I needed jaw surgery to fix my bite. Dr. Zand told me that I didn't need surgery and was able to fix my overbite. I love the way my smile looks and I have been getting compliments ever since I took my braces off! I highly recommend her and her staff are so nice!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I have been treated for over 3 years , got retainers wore them as I was told to 24/7 however my bite changed again got an overbite again. Very disappointed, Retainers are overpriced and the cheapest crap ever!
Stay on the top of your charges keep your recites. Big frauds happening, they can cheat while smiling at your face:-)
