They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
