Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
