Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love when I leave the orthodontist and I'm satisfied the doctor sees my child every time! They have an incredible sterilization system that I've not seen in other dental offices Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves and all have straight teeth. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any
good, but I could tell right away. The office and staff are very friendly and organized. I like being treated like I and my child are important!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, they were immaculate!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
