Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, but I can always find a seat

Never, they are very reliable.
Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth?
Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
