It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
