Dr Chung's receptionist is always in a sour mood (The Blonde). There is never a friendly smile on her face, and many times she has an attitude along with it. Dr Chung and his assistant are very obnoxious when it comes to getting work done on your mouth as they are always having personal conversations about their life. Not only do I as a patient not want to listen to what they did over the weekend, but it's not professional. Also, his assistant is very nosy. In two occasions when I was speaking to the receptionist about my insurance she came into the conversation out of nowhere. If she's an assistant to Dr Chung I believe she should be helping with that, and let his sour receptionist do her job.
