Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.
