Dr Lee is the best dentist ever...i have went to her for over 10 years...she is a perfectionist in her field so what others see as taking too long is actually her giving your teeth 100 % attention...she is family oriented with her practice...she is straightforward and assertive in educating you on teeth wellness and for those of you with yuck mouth may think its rude..but she is caring and the only person i will let do ANY work in my mouth...

The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. I tried to call to make an appointment, instead she was rude, harsh and yelled at me. When I told her I did not understand something she harshly told me to call customer service and talk to them if I do not understand the rules of "roster only". Dr. Emilee may be great, but her service team makes me never want to step foot into the office again.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. This was the most horrendous dental visit I have ever had. This dentist talked in a horrible manner to her assistant; maybe they are related. Only a relative would tolerate this dentist. She procrastinated and never started necessary treatment that I required. She referred me to get a root canal and she never crowned the tooth, she literally ignored it when I returned for followup.She gave me a shot in the roof of my mouth with a thick gauge needle that was totally unnecessary!OMG! This was a live and in color "Little Shop of Horrors" visit!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
