They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
