I have been a patient of Dr. Ortega's practice since 2001. I moved away from Lake Tahoe since becoming a patient, but feel the long trip to High Sierra Dental to see Dr. Ortega is worth it. She is a true professional, very honest, friendly and gentle. She takes the time to explain all my options with me in terms that I can understand and cares about achieving a win-win outcome. I always feel like I'm around family when I'm in the office. All the staff at Dr. Ortega's are true pros and really care about your comfort and well being. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great Dentist and dental experience.

Dr. Ortega is a great dentist. She makes me feel comfortable every step of the way. She always takes her time to explain everything and never rushes through an appointment. Dr. Ortega always goes above and beyond to our teeth look and feel fantastic. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
