I am a pediatrician who heads the pediatric pain and palliative care program at UCLA. I want to highlight to all how much I appreciate and admire Dr. Tsai. I think he is one of the brightest, most knowledgeable dentists I know and one of the most lovely humanistic clinicians one will ever meet. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone and everyone! He is phenomenal!

I've been with Dr. Tsai since he joined the practice and have found him to be beyond a wonderful addition to the office staff!! I now see only him--he has done at least 4 of my crowns--all without any pain whatsoever at any stage of the procedure, with the outcome looking phenominal!! Over the years I've gotten to know the entire staff, but I've never seen a patient have to wait more than a few minutes. In addition, when my kids were very young, his staff was willing to entertain one twin during each cleanling while I balanced the more fussy one on my lap throughout my cleaning with the extremely patient hygenist!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
