Sorry, the receptionist was friendly and courteous. The oral surgeon and x-ray technician were rude. I felt no compassion or caring from either of them. Will not return.

Had a routine bi-annual cleaning in April 2012 that became a deep tissue procedure and first of two $110.00 payments paid up front. Sought a second opinion and confirmed the deep tissue procedure was NOT necessary! Went back with a note from second opinion dentist and Torrance Family Dentist confirmed the second half of treatment was indeed not necessary. Now September and no refund from first treatment ($110.00). The hygienist was very convincing of the needed treatment and that it needed to be done immediately! Second opinion Doctor said pockets were 3 s and 2 s with only light calculus! They believe that since the treatment was done that a refund was not warranted. Overall, these folks are nice but this incident made me think if I should trust them in the future.

This place basically sucks. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, arranged my work schedule and took the half day off to go there. When I went there, they said their specialist is not even working that day. They basically have no respect for your time.
