I have been going to this dentist for over 18 years. Recently, they hired new office manager, unprofessional and knows nothing about business. She got angry and refused to provide service because I rescheduled couple of times due to getting sick even thought I called two days in advance. The manager told me to file claim with the insurance company and find another dentist. What a way to treat long time customers.
