I have a busy and often conficting schedule...which has necessitated my having to cancel(and forget to cancel) my apointments. They have never made me feel as if my time and schedule was secondary to theirs. Dr. Novaks expereince and drive for perfection has provided me with awesom and PERFECTLY matched crowns and inplants! My husband and I sent out Christmas Cards with "laughing out loud" smiles...and got a lot of compliments on our teeth! Honestly!
The all woman staff has been carefully selected for their kindness, empathy, patience and ability to work together and together provide a pereft practice enviornment.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Dr. Novak and her staff are excellent but be prepared to pay a LOT for the high level of service and thorough care. Dr. Novak and the hygeinists are careful and meticulous. Dr. Novak wants to fix every slight imperfection in your mouth. You will get familiar with each of your teeth. The office is clean and beautiful. The staff are all extremely thorough and will spend time with you explaining the details of the good or bad of your oral hygeine habits. I have never had a better dentist, or have I had higher dentist bills.
