My children were afraid of Dr. Dean Sweitzer

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

He was rude to my son because my son was scared. It hurt my sons feelings and hurt my feelings too. A childrens dentist needs to be compassionate and understanding so kids dont have a fear later on in life. I was not expecting Dr. Dean S. to be rude to my son and it shocked me.
