Due to the fact they were dropped by my insurance company after the scheduling of my root canal and crown, I came out of pocket 3k, twice the standard billing for most in my area. The crown failed just over a year and was told it would be my nickel to fix it. Please can I pay you for your snotty work every years so you can out it back on! I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. The dental assistant(s) seemed unsure about what they were doing, even to the point of dropping my temporary crown and losing it for 20 minutes under the chair while I sit there in pain after my novocaine stopped working. Mr. (Doesn't deserve the doctor) Maddox was heard cursing at his employees and what I believe was another patient on the phone. These types of doctors answer to no one, have a god complex and should be under ethical review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN
