They are trying to bill me for dental work that I thought I paid for in February 2011. That rude manager, Rebecca, rudely told me that only paid $35 for an extraction but because my insurance didn't cover it, I had to pay $300. I told her all dental offices I have ever visited that that you have to pay off the full bill minus the insurance before you leave the office. She said that I just paid $35 on a date which shows no payments at all. There is no charges at all on the date she said not even $35. I remember paying them before I left but it was so long ago, I can't remember exactly. They had my wrong address though I have the same address for a number of years.

Don't ever visit this office because they will try to bill you later when you don't remember if you paid or not!

April 2012. They answered some of my questions, and when they did answer, they were rushing. The appearance of the office needs improvement. If it weren't for my friend who recommended them, I would not continue my consultation. Their front office staff was not friendly, kept me waiting till they finished chatting. I had to take dental images twice because the dental assistant wasn't trained well, wasted 30-40 minutes of my time. They made me feel welcome for the purpose of becoming their customer. I decided to give them a chance because of my friend. On my second visit, I had my cleaning. I thought it was only the office that needs a new paint job. Needless to say, they need new dental tools as well. While having my teeth cleaned, I noticed the dental mirror was cracked. I had to get up from the chair to the sink to rinse. The hygienist was non-stop talking about her life and did not ask me if I were okay and need a little break. I got my bill and charged me for a service I did not agree to have. I called the office about the incorrect charges. The office manager Rebecca was rude and said I had to pay first before they give me a corrected bill. I asked for the owner of the business, she put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up and call back a little later in the day and left a message to return my call. I've called their office 3x within a week and left a message each time for their office manager Rebecca to contact me. It's been a 1 1/2 weeks from my first call in trying to get a corrected bill and no one from the office has tried to get in touch with me. No problem in finding the place, but I would never visit them again.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I would consider recommending them to my friends and family. While I wasn't completely impressed, if someone was in need I would point them here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost.
