Stopped my visits with this Dr. many years ago, due to inefficient scheduling. Found that even with a scheduled appt., waiting was anywhere up to 2 hrs. A personal referral/coworker had the same experience not once but twice and as a result, did not return.
Why post a review after all these years? Because of a endodontically treated and posted tooth. Dr. Lindbeck failed to notify me that a crown was required at that time. Being several years later and having severely damaged that tooth, in pain & now looking at extensive repair and expense due to his/their lack of attention to detail. Added to this, his office personnel has stated to my current dentist, that this is due to my failure to return, putting my character in question......
Questionable professionalism in all regards...........

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

After a recommendation from a co-worker I visited Dr. Lindbeck. I went 4 times to have work done, and thought the experience was great and liked the work he did. However, 4 months after the services had been preformed and paid for, I received a bill that said I owed money and it was past due. This is the first I had heard of this money that I owed. When I inquired about it, I found out it was from one of my 1st visits. I had been back to their office 3 other times after that visit and was never told I owed money. Before each visit, when the appointment was booked, I had been informed of what portion insurance would cover and what portion I would have to pay out of pocket. I was never told that it would cost me anything out of pocket for the cleaning/exam. I even paid for other services I had preformed after this date in question and was never told I owed money or received a bill. The whole situation has been handled VERY poorly and the dentist has yet to return my phone call after I have left several messages for him. I understand that his staff made a mistake and then tried to recover the cost, but that is not my problem. Had I have known how much it would cost, I would have gone elsewhere that accepted 100% of my insurance. Because of this experience, I would NOT recommend this dentist, unless you want to get ripped off and taken advantage of.
