The worst office staff of anywhere I've experienced. They charged me extra.. and would not give my money back.. would not listen to me.. and for $50 they sent me to collections where they were not supposed to charge me for my deductible since I had paid it already. I will see them in small claims court. RUDE STAFF! The Dr.'s work is ok.. but since it's his business he needs to address his customer's concerns. Didn't even bother speaking to me and had to deal with the ignorant front office accounting lady.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The office manager is impossible to deal with and is not trustworthy.
