Been coming to Dr. Rosens office since i was a little girl. They are the best as it gets! With all the quality service i received, I can't ever imagine going to anyone else for all my dental needs. The kindest employees i have come across.

I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years and I have always had good experiences. All of the doctors are caring and knowledgeable and the staff is too.
Dr. Ruben and Dr. Bay have both worked on my teeth, and Elsa and Linda are the hygienists who have cleaned my teeth, and they are all great, and painless. I used to be fearful of dental work, but since going to this office I have experienced no pain and my fears are fading. Now I actually like going to the dentist. And, they take my insurance, so my copays are very reasonable. The office is always spotless and the staff is friendly. Almost all the same people have been working
there for most of the 10 years, so I feel very comfortable in the office. I had to have a root canal treatment about a year ago on a broken tooth, and the new endodontist (root canal specialist), Dr. Chong, was great too. No pain! What a relief, after the stories I've heard about root canals. The procedure went well, and I've had no problems since. I really like this office.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. The doctor actually called me personally early in the evening after my treatment. No other doctor has ever done that. He took a great deal of time explaining everything to me, and answered all my questions. The office recommends the Sonicare toothbrush to most of their patients, and I decided to buy one at Costco and sure enough, they were right.......this device cleans my teeth faster and more efficiently than anything else.....I will never go back to my old hand brush, and I know they would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, They were always very considerate and professional. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question, and they always take the time to give me a really good answer, and they have the doctor personally speak to me if necessary. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait more than 30 seconds when calling. The waiting room is beautiful and comfortable, with CNN on the TV if you want to watch the news, and there is always a good selection of interesting magazines. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Every member of their staff is well trained and really cares about your comfort, and it shows. I have been going to this office for over 10 years and I recommend them to everyone. They just added a couple of doctors to the staff, so now they offer orthodontics in addition to a gum specialist, a root canal specialist, and a childrens specialist. My granddaughter loves it there.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
Dr. Rosen and his staff are all very competent and caring, and for the last 20 years they have provided me and my family with excellent dental care. I recommend this office without hesitation.
