The restrooms were clean and well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper available. The knowledgeable and well-informed staff are professional, reassuring, gentle and caring. They answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. Dr. Hansen never suggests unnecessary procedures and is as painless as is humanly possible. The waiting room is extremely comfortable. I'm impressed with how quickly my calls are answered and am never put on hold for a long time. If I have a quick question I don't have to wait a half hour to get it answered. They make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Hansen to anyone looking for a general dentist. He has been my dentist for more than 20 years.
