The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
