It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.

Yes, they always have specials going on

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you?
A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
