I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Kleier's office. They answered the phone immediately the first time I called and made it easy for me to schedule an appointment even when I didn't have all my insurance information. They had available appointments for the same day and following so I was able to be seen quickly which was great for my schedule. Other dentists didn't answer the phone or email. The office was lovely (it's an old renovated home) and it was easy to fill out the paperwork before arriving because it was all on their website. The staff was friendly and made everything easy for me. My wait was short but the waiting room was a comfortable temperature with plenty of magazines and a tv. The hygienist was funny and sweet and made me comfortable during the cleaning. She took just the right amount of time cleaning. Dr. Kleier was also friendly and checked my teeth out. She wasn't pushy like other dentists for me to purchase any other services but just asked what my plans were. One of her secretaries was able to get information for me and recommend me to an oral surgeon for other work (again going an extra mile to help me). Overall my first visit was a breeze and I recommend Dr. Kleier to others!

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

The dentist and dental assistants are very friendly. However, I'm growing more concerned about not being counseled very well about issues, not being told about issues and preventative measures I could take, and about them having to repeat fillings they've already done. I've had several that they've had to redo due to breaking, falling out, or not being shaped appropriately, etc. I'll be looking for a place that provides more preventative information and keeps me fully informed about problems to be watching for.
