The people in the office are no help at all. They will not even ask anyone else if they know about something. Its just no I;m sorry I don't, and I know that their is more than one in the office. In my job we bend over backwards for our clients, why don't they have that same philosophy. I think it has to do with the newer ones because in the past this has never been a problem. They actually treated me like they didn't want to fool with it.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Definitely not, I almost choked

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Very friendly staff, enjoy my visits
