They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Doctor didn't allow me a visit when I wanted to come in which made me have much pain over a weekend and a root canal when I finally did come in.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
