The first time I went to see Dr. Haag, I had a HUGE fear of dentists that had lasted since my childhood. Prior to Dr. Haag, I needed the Nitrous Oxide to help with my nerves just to have any treatment performed. I had always before been sick for days before my appts and it was always an awful ordeal. The first time I saw Dr. Haag, he asked if I would try without the nitrous and I told him I couldn't....he was ok with that and very compassionate. The next time I went in he asked me the same thing again, although I was most terrified, I asked that if I tried and couldn't do it if he would stop and put the nitrous oxide on to calm me back down some....he assured me he would, but that he didn't think I would need it.
He walked me through that day (I think it was a cavity so it was drilled and filled) and I've seen him now for over 5 years. I have no problem seeing him now, I still get anxious, but he talks to me when I first get there to walk me through and get me comfortable and see how I am feeling about the situation before he begins anything....
I love having Dr. Haag as my dentist and feel blessed that he was recommended by a dear friend. I have no problems recommending him to anyone who asks my opinion when they are looking for a "good" dentist. Why?..... Because he is an "awesome" dentist!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. They made sure my questions were answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
