Dr. Watts & her staff are wonderful!

Dr. Watts is attentive and provides good dental service. However, the office manager/receptionist lacks professionalism and is borderline unfriendly. Additionally, the office manager asked me today for a $50 deductible on a future dental procedure for my child, even though she, a) had no idea what type of insurance we have, and b) if our plan had a deductible or co-insurance at all (I have since confirmed that we don't have either one). The $50 figure, I assume, was something she plucked out of the air. I refused to pay it until our benefits had been clarified and asked if she could do that - not an unusual request since my personal dentist's office does this for me and my husband. Her reply: "We don't do that here." I cancelled my other child's cleaning appointment that had been scheduled for next week. We won't be back.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. And if you are a sissy when it comes to shots (like I am), Dr. Watts is the dentist to go to! She makes it as painless as possible!
