They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Front desk was RUDE!!! Staff talked bad about Dr. when he left the room. Price didn't matter, I would pay more for better service!

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
