I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.
