I have been going here for a number of years now and up until 1 year ago was very happy with the services provided. Since Dr. Changs organization took over this office it has become an uncustomer friendly service pushing sweat shop of a dental office. What happened to the nice customer service, the easy to work with non automated front desk personnel and the happy hygenists. I do have to say that my hygenist is the BEST and for that reason I have stayed with the office. IF she were to leave, so would I and even with her great service, wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to this office.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Yes, I was pressured

No, I didn't notice an odor
