They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over forty minutes for them to show up. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. However the major problem came when Dr. Tufts fixed my 11 year old's front tooth. She had had a bicycle accident and he fixed it with a veneer that was terribly expensive. One month after the procedire we started seeing a small grey spot. I asked him to fix it but he refused. Also he has refused to write a letter to the insurance company who has denied the claim for the veneer. They say she needed a crown and not a veneer, so I am appealing that decision but Dr. Tufts refuses to help by writing a letter. I am very angry with him.
