My experience has been very positive. They do their best to fit emergencies in, they seem to run on schedule, and are very friendly. All of the hygienists are very knowledgeable and do a great job of making my family healthy but comfortable.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Yes, they could have waited
