I have been a patient of Pioneer Dental for 15 years. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. Most of them have been there since I started my regular check-ups with them. Anytime I have a concern or question regarding my dental health or Insurance benefits they go above and beyond to assist me. I also love the fact that they have multiple specialty dentist at their location if myself or my children need it. The Dentists that I have seen are all very nice, professional and gentle. The office is very easy to locate and convienent parking.

Staff was not very friendly and welcoming. Heard an assistant tell a little boy who was crying not to make her mad by crying more. He came in for a toothache and was crying when she tried to take xrays. She had no compassion towards a young patient. I was in shock and was waiting for the show "What would you do" to come out. I told the assistant working on me that she wasn't very nice, but she didn't seem to be interested.

As a new patient I asked for a cleaning and routine xrays. They performed a complete xray series instead of bite wings trying to make more money. They knew my insurance covers them once every 3 years, but went ahead and did them and billed me the extra. I called to talk with the office manager, but she was never there. After a week of calling I received a letter saying they gave me a credit. They couldn't call and tell me. Cowardly, unprofessional and a sneaky way to make more money.

The only positive in this office was Dr. Lee. He did a great job cleaning my teeth.

This is an excellent dentist office. The location is great and parking
is convenient. The staff are very gentle and polite. I saw Dr. Wu, who
treated my teeth with extreme care. The office is very new and clean,
and the pricing is not very expensive! One might think cheap prices mean
bad service, but it is high-caliber service. This is the right place to see a dentist.

I have full insurance coverage and went to the doctors. They are chinese doctors. Not very friendly with patient. Assistance behave very rudely. Later they charge more to insurance company. One time they sent the bill for X-rays and other stuff which were not performed on that day. Bit careful about this doctors.
