. Got an appointment promptly. You can fill out your patient info online which saves a lot of time. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Hyatt is extremely knowledgeable and explains the plan of care. He takes the time to answer all questions.

Dr. Hyatt himself is not so bad, but the staff is intolerable. After leaving me sitting for an hour with no explanation, they rescheduled me for a day when the doctor is routinely in the other office, NOT the one they sent me to. When I complained, they acted like I was crazy for being upset. Apparently it's ok to treat patients that way? Poor staff & lack of respect for patients is a good way to make sure they never come back...thinking that kind of behavior is acceptable doesn't inspire confidence in the doctors so I'm having my extraction done elsewhere.
