Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Be careful about the bill, they might charge more than you need to pay.

This dentist is the worst, from the front staff, to his "bedside manner", to the fact that they don't have a fax machine! What office in 2012 doesn't have a fax machine??

The woman at the front desk was very rude and short with me. Once I was seated in the chair, it took Dr. Kodeck 30 minutes to finally see me, and my chair was visible to the entire waiting room... When he finally did come in, I tried to explain that I had a serious fear of dentists, doctors, needles, etc, but he didn't hear a word I said. He just opened my mouth, said I needed a root canal and my wisdom teeth extracted, and to see the front desk for more information. Then he walked out of the room without a second glance.

I will never go back to this dentist.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

No, they never pressured me
