I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I go here because it is close and they have all my records ready. They won't do anything beyond the initial purpose of the visit, instead they will assist in making another appointment. Some of the receptionists can be rude, but this is usually after an uncooperative patient (too many examples to list). Be very specific when making appointments and almost demand what you want done. If you don't, they will leave it until it is necessary to work on. Not bad for the convenient location and they do good work at least.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.

I choose this dentistry because it was a "family dentist" but I found it was geared to adults. I brought my 3 y/o and waited in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes. Not ideal for a 3 y/o. Once we got back there the dentist was nice but I still suggest going to a Pediatric Dentist because that's where they will send them if there are any problems.

I experienced no pain and the dental doctor was very pleasant. I was treated with full respect and felt like a queen; they showed no discrimination and treated me well. The dentist was very thorough and made the entire process simple & quick feeling, with quality work spending any extra time needed to make sure everything was done right and to answer any and all questions I had and I have a tendency to ask a lot of good questions being once in the medical profession myself. He even noted that the enamelon toothpaste I was using made a once softened tooth very hard again making it no longer needing any dental assistance. The tooth had no decay despite a brownish coloring from when it was starting to decay a year prior to that. What a wonderful surprise that information was. He could have easily made extra money by not telling me it had hardened back into a usable tooth.
