I have my son and daughter going to see Dr Chang's office for orthodontic work because they are friendly and reliable. Although they're not open every day, they are very accomodating with the schedule and open some sats also. I'v'e referred several friends here and they've all be happy with the choice.

Both my children are being treated at Dr Chang's office. I have full confidence in their skills and the competence of the staff.
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here. I have no idea what "cindy" above is talking about. She obviously has an ax to grind!

I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
