My daughter and i were patients of Dr. Wells several years ago. I have never in my life had a filling fall out after being put in by a dentist. This dentist refilled my tooth twice and both times it fell out. I thought maybe it was just a difficult area to reach, until my daughter came home from college to have her tooth filled and her filling fell out as well. How can this be? I wonder if dentists are monitored for their standard of practice???? I quickly changed dentists and had my tooth filled with NO problems. This is definitely not a dentist I would recommend to anyone!!!!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.. The dentist & staff were friendly.. They were nice, clean, knowledgeable, professional & I felt very comfortable there.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I had been a patient of Duncan wells for at least ten years. I have always been insured and he accepted my insurance. I have always enjoyed getting a full cleaning and checkup in less than 10 minutes. Duncan wells could get my family of three cleaned and checked up in 30 minutes. Sounds good right! Wrong! ....... after many years of using his service, I realized that I was not getting the preventative maintenance that I should. I thought that Duncan wells was a professional, so I believed that he would always give me good preventative care. However, I only had bite wing X-rays from him just once in 10 years and this was at my request. I had never received full mouth X-rays. I left Duncan wells after another member in my house was told that Duncan Wells was not doing his job and many things were wrong. Now the other member in my house has a root canal and three deep cavities being fixed because Duncan did not do his job in preventative care.This is after seeing Duncan 6 months ago. How could all these problems just appear? We were told that the Cavity should have been caught before ever needing a root canal. Now on to me again, so now I finally see another dentist as well, six months after seeing Duncan Wells. Now get this - I have 5 cavities and two of the fillings that Duncan put in are coming apart. So, now we have to spend over two thousand dollars to fix what Duncan should have prevented. I hope others can see my review and not take a roll of the dice with him.

Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
No, I told them I wasn't comfortable, but they didn't respond
