The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. When I called the dentist to see if they took my insurance, they said yes. The secretary who I spoke with NEVER asked me if it was a HMO or a PPO, or I would have 100% checked. After my appointment, I got a bill for the whole procedure. When I called to see if there was a mistake, they said that I owed in full, and that insurance didn't cover it. The woman was EXTREMELY rude. I have also heard from someone else that she is rude as well. She told me that I should have done my research in advance, and been a better consumer, and figured out if they took my insurance. I told her that when I called they said they took my insurance, and they even took my card when I got there. "Why would I ever go somewhere that I thought might not take my insurance?" I asked her. Her reply to me was, "Lesson learned. You should be a better consumer." She actually said this to me 3 separate times to me on the phone. I am 40 years old, and have never in my life been treated like that. I feel that I was tricked into going there, by being told that my insurance was taken. It is a same, because Jack Silverman is an amazing dentist.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
